FIELD: immunology. SUBSTANCE: agglutination reaction of the examined mixture material and immunoglobulin polyacroleinic diagnosticum is carried out in electrolyte used as diluting liquid at electric field effect at field intensity 1000-1200 V/cm and current density 0.2-0.4 A/mm2 for 2-5 min. For this purpose a mixture of examined material and diagnosticum is placed in microchamber isolated from electrolyte by current-conducting material and fitted by insulating conductors perpendicularly to electric field directivity. . Results were recorded under microscope. EFFECT: improved method of antigen indication. 1 dwg
