FIELD: cosmetics, pharmacy technology. SUBSTANCE: base is prepared by dispersing vegetable oil, glycerol and emulsifier in dispersion medium followed by addition of biologically active substances of plant origin to obtained emulsion in the process of its stirring. Polyethylene oxide gel is used as an emulsifier. Also, biologically active substances of animal origin are added additionally to obtained emulsion during stirring. Components of an agent are dispersed at the room temperature. An agent is prepared at the following quantitative ratio of components, wt.-%: vegetable oil 1.0-25.0; glycerol in combination of biologically active substances of animal origin 2.0-27.5; biologically active substances of plant origin 1.0-5.0, and polyethylene oxide gel - the rest.
