FIELD: cosmetics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to prophylactic cosmetics that can be used in medicine and cosmetics as child (up to 14 year age) skin health care. Oil-based balsam contains vegetable oil, vegetable extracts including Chereda grass extract (0.3-1.8%), A and E vitamins (0.01-0.07%), scent, preservative, and, additionally, phosphate buffer system (0.1-0.5%), yolk (2.5-4.6%), and 0.3% shiconin (Lithospermum) solution in oil (0.01-0.2%). Oil basis is polyethylene oxide gel; preservative is propolis extract (2.6-4.6%); vegetable oil is cedar nut grain oil (8.0-16.6%); additional vegetable extracts are those of camomile (1.3-3.7%), birch May leaves (1.3-3.7), nosebleed grass (0.3-1.8), and Bergenia leaves (1.3-3.7); and scent is bird cherry May leave extract (1.3-3.7%).
