FIELD: polymer fibers. SUBSTANCE: antistatic fiber contains from 5 to 15 wt % of anionic or cationic surfactant and is covered by two-component coating. Invention is distinguished by that one of coating components (60-95 wt %) is potassium C6-C18-alkyl phosphate and the other (10-35 wt %) is partially amidated polyalkyleneamine with residual amine number between 200 and 800, content of coating being at least ca.0.5% of fiber weight. Combination of potassium C6-C18-alkyl phosphate with partially amidated polyalkyleneamine decreases propensity of practically amorphous surfactant-containing polymethaphenylene-isophthalamide fiber to accumulate static electricity. EFFECT: increased antistatic capacity. 4 cl, 4 tbl, 14 ex
