FIELD: construction, in particular, manufacture of precast concrete products in cassette units. SUBSTANCE: casette unit has steam compartments 1, moulding compartments 2, metal separating plates 3. Separating plates 3 are made in the form of compartments of metal plates installed with a clearance equal to the thickness of vibrators 4. In the separating plates provision is made for wedge-shaped ducts 5, which accommodate the vibrators in several tiers with a pitch equal to a double radius of action of the vibrators. The ducts are arranged at a angle to the cassette axis. A slope of less than 15 deg results in an insufficient adhesion and seal failure of joint of the vibrator and duct. An angle of more than 30 deg creates difficulties in arrangement of the vibrator in the plane of the compartment, thus causing a self-wedging of vibrators in the ducts.
