FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: device has unit for recording instantaneous parameters of pumping setup, circuit for determining and recording of dynamic levels, and indicators. Also provided are following components: survivability ensuring unit, unit for correcting efficiency factor of electric motor, multiplication units, adder, subtraction unit, integrators, and primary multiplication units. One of indicators operates as fluid flow rate indicator. Other indicator is for phase fault indication. Inputs of primary multiplication units are connected to outlets of corresponding current sensors and voltage sensors, thus creating unit for recording instantaneous parameters of pumping setup. Outlets of primary multiplication units are connected to inlets of corresponding integrators. Outlets of integrators are connected to inlets of adder. Second outlets of current sensors and voltage sensors are connected to corresponding inlets of unit for correcting efficiency factor of electric motor. Survivability ensuring unit is connected between inlet clamps of power supply system and electric motor.
