FIELD: devices for burning solid fuels, namely coal. SUBSTANCE: device includes cylindrical housing of combustion chamber provided with fire grate, rabbling plate connected with drive and mounted in housing of combustion chamber for change of angular position above fire grate and changing device. Charging device is made in form of tube located in housing of combustion chamber at end clearance above surface of fire grate and shifted relative to its axis. Rabbling plate is mounted in housing for rotation relative to axis of combustion chamber; in inoperative position, the rabbling plate is located between fire grate and end surface of tube.
