METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THERMAL PROCESSING OF COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS AND RESIDUE Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC F23G5/14 F23G7/00

Abstract RU 2346207 C1

FIELD: heating systems, burning.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods and devices used for burning combustible materials and residue. Device consists of a casing wherein arranged are, being technologically connected to each other, a gas-permeable combustion chamber of combustible solid materials and aftercombustion chamber of gaseous products, air supply branch pipes and discharge branch pipes of gaseous combustion products, a loading silo, a grate, and collecting silo for solid combustion products (ash). Combustion chamber is made in the form of a straight hollow quadrangular prism which is enveloped with aftercombustion chamber on three sides. Chambers are located in a linear order and separated from each other with a grate, two gas-permeable perforated walls with channels and holes interconnected with volumes of the described chambers. Two walls of the casing are provided with channels interconnected with the volume of aftercombustion chamber. Division walls are located slantwise in a vertical direction in relation to symmetry axis at an angle not less than 75°; and being attached to the casing's walls at the bottom, they form channels which together with supply branch pipes form air supply points to combustion chamber. Other channels together with discharge branch pipes comprise discharge points of gaseous combustion products from both chambers and the casing. Two other gas-permeable walls of combustion chamber and the casing, which are provided with channels and holes, comprise together with supply branch pipes additional air supply points to combustion chamber. Channels of division walls and supply branch pipes form air supply points to aftercombustion chamber. Device bottom channels with aftercombustion chamber bottom holes comprise together with supply branch pipes additional air supply points to aftercombustion chamber. There has been described method of burning combustible materials or residue in the present device.

EFFECT: improving burning efficiency, and simplifying burning device design.
