FIELD: rolled stock production, namely production of rolled uranium bars with predetermined properties. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of heating ingots for rolling, rolling them and quenching rolled ingots in water. Novelty is normalization of rolling temperature and quenching water temperature with use of mathematical relations corresponding to chemical content of uranium. EFFECT: substantially increased yield of rolled uranium ingots due to rolling while taking into account chemical content of uranium ingot. 2 dwg
