FIELD: method of feed of moulding material to filtering press with compressible cavity used for separation of solid and liquid phases of moulding material. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in the feed of material to the compressible cavity, compression of it under the action of pressure of the pressing member. In the first stage P₁ moulding material is fed to the compressible cavity continuously, and is squeezed out due to motion of the pressing member. In the second stage P₂ the feed of moulding material is interrupted for the time of squeezing-out.
