FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new compounds of the formula (I) where n = 0, 1 or 2; R1 - hydrogen, linear or branched C1-C4-alkyl; Q has a formula (II) where each of R2;R3 and R4 - hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy-, alkylthio-, alkoxycarbonyl-group, halogen, cyano-, trihaloidmethyl-, acetyl-, formyl- benzoyl-, nitro-, alkoxyaminomethyl-group, phenyl or phenylaminocarbonyl-group where alkyl or linear or branched C1-C4-alkoxy-group is present at condition that at least one of R3 or R4 must not be hydrogen; or formula (III) where each of R5,R6 and R7 - hydrogen, C1-C4-alkoxy-group, C1-C4-alkylthio-radicals, halogen, cyano-, trihaloidmethyl-, acetyl-, formyl-, benzoyl-, nitro-group, phenyl or phenylaminocarbonyl-group at condition that at least one of R5,R6 and R7 must not be hydrogen; or formula (IV) where each of R8,R9 and R10 - hydroxyl, halide, C1-C12-alkyl, C5-C6- -cycloalkyltrihaloidmethyl-group, phenyl, C1-C5-alkoxy-, C1-C5- -alkylthio-, tetrahydropyranylhydroxy-, phenoxy-group, (C1-C4- -alkyl)-carbonyl-, phenylcarbonyl-, C1-C4-alkylsulfinyl-, C1-C4-alkylsulfonyl-, carboxy-group or alkaline metal salt, (C1-C4/ -alkoxy)-carbonyl-, C1-C4-alkyl, aminocarbonyl-, phenylamino- -carbonyl-, tolylaminocarbonyl-, morpholinocarbonyl-, amino-, nitro-, cyano-, dioxolanyl-, (C1-C4-alkoxy)-iminomethyl-group, or formula (V) where X - oxygen or sulfur; Y - nitrogen, -CH- or (C(C1-C4-alkoxy)-group; and R″ - hydrogen or C1-C4-alkyl. Compounds of the formula (I) are useful for prolonged wood protection and composition wood materials against substances causing harmful or destroying wood. Invention provides compositions containing these 3-aryl-5,6-dihydro-1,4,2-oxathiazines of the formula (I) and their oxides and the corresponding carrier. Invention relates to a method of wood safety where 3-aryl-5,6-dihydro-1,4,2-oxathiazines of the formula (I) and their oxides are applied on wood material required to be protected.
