FIELD: agriculture, in particular, plant growing, garden construction, forestry, horticulture and commercial production of seedlings. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying into ground biologically active preparation based on consortium of lactic acid bacteria, such as nitrogen-fixing and phosphate-activating bacteria, with following treatment of vegetative plants with preparation produced on the base of consortium of lactic acid bacteria of other types. Out of nitrogen-fixing bacteria, strains of Azotobacter Chroococcum bacteria are used in an amount of 0.2-0.4 kg/ha, and out of phosphate-activating bacteria, strains of Bacillus Mucilaginosus bacteria are used in an amount of 0.1-0.4 kg/ha. Method allows yield to be increased by 25-35% and plant adaptivity to be increased by 20-40%. EFFECT: improved quality of standard planting material, increased yield and improved frost resistance of cultures, particularly, fruit cultures. 7 cl, 8 tbl, 8 ex
