In addition, it includes limiters of turn, one at least end of frame hinge members in transverse recesses-sectors. Stop mechanisms are made as screw clamps with locks positioned in holes on hinge members. All locks and limiters are made identical. Mass of device is reduced, and its construction is simplified due to removal of one brace in every post, external stop mechanisms and four rests from top and bottom of frame hinge members.
