FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device forms electromagnetic oscillations in ultra-high frequency, infrared and visible wave ranges amplitude-modulated by data signals which spectrum is within the range of 0.01-0.1 Hz. Device has power source, supply voltage indicator which input is connected to modulator output, high-pass filter, and irradiator. Device also includes controllable generator of data signals within frequency range of 0.01-0.1 Hz connected to second input of modulator. Electromagnetic oscillation generator is made as gas-discharge generator. Device may include sensor of presence or absence of modulated irradiated signal, as well as the second power source which input is connected to output of gas-discharge generator and output, to other input of controllable generator.
