FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device for regulating physiological processes in a biological object comprises a power supply source, connected to a semiconductor device, the active layer of which contains a semiconductor structure based on a A3B5 compound. The semiconductor device has a voltage-current curve with a region with negative differential conductivity, the value of which exceeds the differential conductivity of the biological object. The semiconductor device can be in form of a Gunn diode, tunnel diode, BARRIT diode or transistor. The semiconductor structure can have at least two working objects from the same or different A3B5 compounds with different geometrical dimensions.
