FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: mixture relates to plugging solutions which are used for cementation of oil, gas, and gas-condensate wells in permafrost conditions. Gypsum-cement mixture contains portland cement, α - semihydrate of calcium sulfate and hydrocarboaluminate of calcium at following proportion of components, mas.%: portland cement, 50-60; α - semihydrate of calcium sulfate, 20-25; hydrocarboaluminate of calcium, the balance. Hydrocarboaluminate is by-product from overall processing of nephelines to alumina. EFFECT: reduction of water sedimentation or setting of solution together with increasing water-resistance of stone created on base of gypsum-cement mixture. 1 tbl
