FIELD: mining machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: machine can be used for underground mining operations and can be employed for skimmer cutting. Mining machine has loading line of conveyor and extracting line connected to it. Extracting line is located at angle as to cutting face relative to loading line of conveyor. Winning members are connected to endless chain, and its loading line and extracting line create working section. Adjoining this section in drifts are end rounding stations with taper-shaped rounding drums. At least one of aforesaid stations is power-driven and is used as chain tensioning station. Bottom of extracting line is located at working section at angle of 70-113 deg and preferably at angle of about 100 deg with respect to bottom of loading line. Bottom of extracting line creates supporting rail for setup of loading line and extracting line. Loading trough at side remote from cutting face comes into edge adjoining. Winning members are cutting in front of face. Shafts of rounding drums of end rounding stations are inclined relative to vertical line by 10-40 deg, preferably by 35 deg in direction of winning. Motor-reducer unit of power-driven station rests on drift floor. Shaft of rounding drum of power-driven station or of power-driven stations is connected by means of taper-bevel gearing transmission to motor-reducer unit.
