Sections of addendum part of tooth of driven screw are described by arcs of circle smoothly engaging the profiles of driven screw with external diameter of driven screw; radius of drive screw on side described by epicycloid is equal to 0.015-0.020 of external diameter of drive screw and radius of drive screw on side described by arc of circle is equal to 0.030-0.050 of external diameter of drive screw. Radius of driven screw on side described over elongated epicycloid is equal to 0.010-0.015 of external diameter of drive screw; radius of driven screw on side described over profile engageable with circumferential part of drive screw is equal to 0.020-0.040 of external diameter of drive screw. EFFECT: avoidance of distortion of profile in course of cutting screws; facilitated procedure due to use of one mill; enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
