FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gearing has gearing rotors with mutually enveloped tooth profiles. Heads (1) and (2) are drawn by contracted epycicloid (5) and (6). Lags (3) and (4) are drawn by elongated epicycloid (7) and (8). The heads and lags are mated to form straight line (9) and (10) which go into the simple epicycloid (11) and (12) transformed into contracted epicycloid (5) and (6) of the tooth head (1) which is formed by the point of conjugation of epicycloid (8) and straight line (10) of leg (4) of the other tooth. Simple epicycloid (11) is formed by straight line (10) of the other tooth.
EFFECT: improved design.
