SUBSTANCE: each pipe of the rotating rotor in the heat exchanger is built with a clearance in the housing having the shape of a semi-cylinder changing into a hollow prism open on the side facing the gas flow and having a slit-like outlet on the cylinder element with an expanding extension; the degree of heat transfer from gas to liquid is adjusted by the width of the prism walls, which serve as continuation of the walls of the semi-cylinder housing.
