FIELD: separation of liquid heterogeneous systems; plants for purification of water from suspended and colloidal admixtures. SUBSTANCE: proposed water purification plant includes inclined tubular settler provided with flocculation chamber which is located in its lower portion, filter located in upper portion of settler, water tower with flushing tank, supply and discharge pipe lines, floating charge and reagent inlet fitted on supply pipe line which is provided with mixer made in form of attachment with nozzle and branch pipe for injection of atmospheric air and elastic ring with nozzle located in lower portion of flocculation chamber; it is communicated with supply pipe line by means of flexible pipe; all nozzles are provided with internal curvilinear grooves. Mixer is provided with pulsar made in form of attachment from at least four bent bimetallic plates whose opposite ends form angle of 90 deg.; end of branch pipe used for injection of atmospheric air is provided with funnel guarded by screen with inner curvilinear spiral-shaped guides.
