FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: remote-control switch is assembled of multipole switch proper connected to remote-control unit; switch has first articulated mechanism coupled with automatic release and operating handle and multipole opening contact system; remote-control unit incorporates transmission mechanism slider with switch handle inserted into it and second mechanism coupled with slider through operating lever provided with reset cam which is set in motion by geared motor and manual control element for accumulating mechanical energy in at least one ON-operation spring; cam has first working-surface quadrant corresponding to reset position and second working-surface quadrant corresponding to released state of roller fixed to operating lever. Cam has bearing surface for regulating roller in reset position of handle; geared motor is provided with facility ensuring practically instant stopping of cam when roller reaches working surface.
