SOIL TILLAGE TOOL Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture, in particular, presowing treatment of soil adapted for different crops, may be used for tillage of interrows in gardens, vineyards, berry-fields and seedling growing nurseries. SUBSTANCE: soil tillage tool has frame, carrier wheels, hitch for tractor, subsoilers and two rows of batteries with combined working tools, such as spherical semidisks, trapezium-shaped sleeves and L-shaped rotary cutters, which are fixed on flanges independently and isolated one relative to another in spaces between pairs of semidisks. Adjacent pairs of semidisks are arranged so that their convex surfaces are faced one to another to improve quality of tilled soil and provide complete tillage across the whole width of tillage tool. Axes of batteries are connected with their ends to carrier wheels of tillage tool through chain transmission having transmission ratio value exceeding known value by at least 1.5-2.0 times. Such construction allows soil profile to be leveled. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved soil tillage quality, intensive weed control and improved field relief leveling. 2 cl, 2 dwg
