FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: combined tillage tool has frame carrying succession of working members made in the form of A-hoes or shearing hoes, V-shaped leveler, ring rollers or star-wheeled rollers, bars of square, round or hexagonal section, and adjustable height spring-tooth harrows. Leveler is hung to frame by means of flexible hangers. Replaceable sprockets are mounted on shaft of second row of rolls and on shaft of left-hand bar beam, with number of sprockets being selected on condition that during operation bar be rotated in direction opposed to progressive motion of tillage tool and that ratio of progressive motion of tillage tool to peripheral speed of bar be within the range of 0.88-0.92. Tillage tool of such construction is adapted for presowing treatment of soil and provides moisture accumulating and moisture retaining technology of cultivation of agricultural crops in insufficient moistening zones.
