SUBSTANCE: device has feeder in the form of table, cutting zone, reception zone for manual or automatic removal of sacs, and cutting member formed by at least one jet sprayed from immovable nozzle under pressure of water. Every immovable cutting nozzle is installed above middle longitudinal part of sacs arranged for moving one after another by means of transporting mechanism formed by two closed conveyor belts capable of moving near each other at similar speed and forming space between them located under cutting nozzles.
