SUBSTANCE: method involves the preliminary purification of fresh or frozen plasma blood by precipitation with barium chloride, precipitate separation, purification of supernatant liquid on alumina following by centrifugation at low temperature, ultrafiltration or gel-filtration of supernatant liquid, anion-exchange chromatography on DEAE-cellulose, washing off of nonadsorbed protein, and elution of the end product with buffer solution containing 0.27M sodium chloride.
