Method involves elimination of irritant and detergent effect of bile acids depositing in epidermis by sulfation, glucuronidation and their binding with lecithin. Invention proposes an emulsion consisting of 10 ml 10% lecithin spirituous solution, 100 ml Vaseline or vegetable oil, 2 ml phosphate buffer containing taurine, sulfotransferase, glucuronyltransferase and UDP-glucuronic acid. A mixture is subjected for ultrasonic oscillation by ultrasonic disintegrator. Method ensures to relieve patient state: to eliminate severe skin itching, normalize sleep, improve skin elasticity.
