FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely obstetrics, and may be used for treating moderate and severe intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. For this purpose with underlying daily infusions of Heptral 800 mg, there are applied carbohemasorption courses 2 procedures a week for 60-90 minutes starting with the 24-26th week of pregnancy to a period of viable foetus.
EFFECT: method provides preventing foetoplacental deficiency, foetal growth retardation syndrome, preterm labour due to effective reduction of intrahepatic cholestasis.
