SUBSTANCE: etiotropic therapy is carried out by administration of pyobacteriophage and pathogenetic therapy involves carrying out microenemas with electroactivated aqueous solution of Zn, Mg and Mn salts prepared in apparatus "Espero-1". The first two days therapy is carried out with anolyte and for the following 5-7 days - with catholyte of the indicated solutions and by addition of dimexide (4 ml/100 ml solution).
