FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing electrically activated salt solutions into organism in quantities not exceeding daily demand of organism in electrolytes and water. Aqueous salt solutions electrically activated on membrane-type electrolyzer unit with negative redox potential(-500-900)mV and pH 9.0-11.0, or positive redox potential (+900-+1200)mV and pH 1.0-2.0, are used as the electrically activated salt solutions. AgNO3 salt in concentration of at least 7 g/l or NaCl, KCl, CaCl2,MgCl2 salt mixture in the same proportions as it is the case in the human blood plasma with total salt concentration being not greater than 10 g/l is usable as the electrically activated aqueous salt solution. The mentioned solutions are administered as intravenous injections and/or per os as well as in aerosol form depending on disease nature. Intestine cleansing with electrically activated salt solution having negative redox potential is carried out with following eubiotic bacteria introduced into different segments of the intestine. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment and prophylaxis. 11 cl
