FIELD: construction; erection and insulation of guards of structures. SUBSTANCE: dry mix consisting of binder and filler is subjected to activation for 120 to 600 seconds, after which solution of additives is introduced and is subjected to mixing which continues for 30 to 120 seconds; then foam is fed and mixing is continued for 20 to 60 seconds. Amorphous silica in amount of 25 to 60 percent is used as filler. Method provides for production of homogeneous porous structure of foam concrete and enhanced bonding strength of particles of binder and filler and consequently resistance to lamination of foam concrete components. EFFECT: enhanced strength of foam concrete at high porosity due to enhanced strength of bonding of binder and filler. 1 tbl
