METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF FOAM-CONCRETE ARTICLES Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: manufacture of building materials; applicable in manufacture of heat-insulating building materials, particularly foam concrete. SUBSTANCE: method includes pouring of foam-concrete mix into mold and its setting. Foam-concrete mix is prepared by mixing of cement, ash filler and preliminarily prepared foam from aqueous solution of air-entraining admixture. Offered method is distinguished from the known one by the fact that foam is prepared by beating up of aqueous solution of air-entraining admixture with air in ratio of consumed components from 1:9 to 1:11, respectively. Introduced into obtained foam successively with continuous mixing are dispersed chalk with specific surface of 700-1200 sq.cm/g, ash filler in form of microspheres-lightest fraction of thermal power station fly ash with density of 0.3-0.5 g/cu.cm, and then, cement. Mix contains the following amounts of components, wt. %: air-entraining admixture 0.06-0.08; dispersed chalk 7-9; microspheres 4-11; cement 36-43; the balance, water.
