SUBSTANCE: composition comprises carbon with particle coalescence degree of 0.005-0.025 in aggregate, butadiene-piperylene copolymer with molecular weight of 3000-5000, and organic binder includes esters of alcohols and dicarboxylic acids selected from group consisting of dimethyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, di(2- ethylhexyl)phthalate, di-n-alkyl ester of orthophthalic acid and C7-Ca alcoholic fractions in which radical has straight structure and contains 7-9 carbon atoms, di(2- ethylhexyl) adipinate, dibutyl sebacinate, di(2- ethylhexyl)sebacinate.
