AUTOMATIC AC LOAD SWITCHING DEVICE Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

Abstract RU 2128409 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering; switching over lighting lines and other loads. SUBSTANCE: device incorporating bidirectional switch and control gear is provided, in addition, with bridge switch connected in series with load, active voltage divider connected to auxiliary power supply, microphone amplifier, band filter, active rectifier, two comparators, filter, and one-shot multivibrator whose output is connected to bridge switch control gear; bidirectional switch is controlled by phase shifter coupled with mode selector. In stand-by mode of device, bidirectional switch is in ON-position; in operating mode, bidirectional switch is controlled by cut-off angle and by intensity of illumination; in operating mode, both switches are in ON-position and load is connected to supply mains while one-shot multivibrator signal is active. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities and improved reliability. 3 cl, 1 dwg
