FIELD: heating equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has liquid accumulating vessel and electric heating member disposed within vessel. Liquid accumulating vessel is provided with valve disposed in vessel bottom. Apparatus may be put onto liquid accumulating vessel. Valve sealing member is formed as plate manufactured from resilient material. When in unloaded state, valve sealing member is formed as cone with apex oriented into accumulating vessel and retained by this apex. Container for accommodating liquid accumulating vessel is provided with plug socket. Such construction provides uniform steaming of beverages due to larger effective section of valve.
