FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dosed extraction of fine and coarse solid substances from accumulator bin incorporating device intended for forming fluidised bed in unloading region. In compliance with this method, gas is fed to proportioning chamber bottom to form loosening solid substance of fluidised bed and, additionally, gas is forced through swirlers to make fluidised bed rotate. Note here that solid substance from proportioning chamber is derived downward in direction of gravity force action. Proportioner and gas feed devices intended for fluidisation by gas feed devices comprise extra swirlers and outlet directed downward in direction of gravity force action.
EFFECT: optimum fluidisation with additional expensive hardware.
