FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has functional unit, control panel, unit of coupling to patient's respiratory tracts, and aspiration system. Use is made of reducer positioned at input, operating pressure measuring assembly coupled to output by pressure-operated valve. Functional unit capacity is made adjustable. In addition to main capacity change-over pneumatic element consisting of membrane pneumatic element with adjustable air-operated throttles, functional unit is provided with auxiliary pneumatic element which consists of membrane pneumatic element with adjustable air-operated throttles. Unit is also provided with frequency range control pneumatic element brought into OR gate of control pressure-operated relay connected with positive feedback and control pneumatic element redistributing the gas flow over pneumatic elements. Unit of coupling to patient's respiratory tracts is provided with two pressure-operated valves, coupled to apparatus input, with safety air- operated throttles at output connected to output pressure control air-operated throttle through OR pressure- operated valve. Control panel is fitted with two pneumatic toggle switches for frequency range selection connected to reducer output and coupled, respectively, to main and auxiliary capacity change-over pneumatic elements and to pressure-operated valves of unit intended for coupling to patient's respiratory tracts. Aspiration system includes aspiration pressure-operated valve coupled to apparatus input and connected to aspiration pneumatic toggle switch. EFFECT: simultaneous performance of aspiration and ventilation of lungs, reduced gas consumption, smaller sizes and mass. 2 dwg
