FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing dilating probe all over the whole length of the duodenum after the duodenojejunal flexure. The probe is inflated for 8-10 s under pressure of 0.5-0.6 kg/cm2. The treatment is repeated 5-6 times with 5-10 s long pause. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; low risk of traumatic injuries.
