FIELD: materials handling facilities; devices for turning over objects in confined spaces with limited access to handled objects. SUBSTANCE: turn-over device has frame with handled object fixing members installed on posts, flexible member coupling frame with pulling device, and mechanism to return frame into initial position. Turn-over device has brackets with guides to engage with rolls (kinematic links) mounted on frame. Mechanism to return frame into initial position is made in form of counterweight coupled with frame by additional flexible member. Carriage and slider are installed on frame for displacement. They are intended for placing object to be turned over whose fixing members are installed on carriage furnished with brake members. Counterweight is suspended from sliders installed for displacement relative to guide posts. Additional flexible member is passed through rollers installed on sliders and is connected by ends to kinematic links engaging with guide surface of brackets. turn-over device members can be detached.
