FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: tilting gear comprises frame, rotary tilting segment resting on lifting platform rollers, said platform displacing inside said frame. To fix tilting segment with respect of lifting platform, it is provided with roller ways to interact with guide rollers arranged at lifting platform. Tilting of rectangular section rolled stock and rectangular section tubes with H-to-W ratio exceeding 1:3 and length of up to 12 metres is ensured by mounting driven rack-type pusher and driven rotary racker. Lifting platform guide rollers are off set to allow permanent contact with their lateral roller ways of tilting segment. Drive gear wheel is arranged at lifting platform to interact with toothed gearing at tilting segment. Aforesaid frame and lifting platform are furnished with guides and roller with flanges resting thereon to fix lifting platform in its displacement. Lifting platform is driven by drive cylinder hinged thereto.
