FIELD: thermochemical treatment of steel articles; applicable in manufacture of tubular articles with high-strength internal coatings. SUBSTANCE: the offered device includes induction heater and gas pipeline for supply and discharge of gas. Said pipeline is provided with plug to separate it into inlet and outlet parts. In addition, the device has chamber with holes for discharge of used gases. Chamber is rigidly attached to gas pipeline by means of pipes. EFFECT: reduced consumption of working gas, higher productivity of carburization process due to supply of preliminarily heated gas. 1 dwg
