FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: body of device is provided with spring-biased slips. Actuator of cutting tool is made up of cylindrical vessel which is connected with double-arm lever by means of lever, longitudinal tie-rod and flexible link on guide roller. Installed in other end of cylindrical vessel is cutting tool in the form of disk-like cutting mill for possible rotation in one direction. Cutting mill is clamped to wall of well by force which is determined by number of balls dropped into cylindrical vessel from well head. Supporting rollers are arranged symmetrically with respect to spring-biased slips relative to plane passing through well axis and in perpendicular to plane of disk-like cutting mill. Aforesaid embodiment of device is characterized by simple design and enhanced reliability. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
