FIELD: oil producing industry, particularly, methods and devices of secondary tapping of formations. SUBSTANCE: device comprises tubular body, hydraulic chamber body for reciprocation, hydraulic chamber piston, perforating cutter and return spring. Hydraulic chamber piston is located in horizontal plane and rigidly connected with said cutter. Tubular body has longitudinal guide recesses and mechanism for its fixing in well. Said mechanism includes upper and lower fixing units located on ends of tubular body. Each fixing unit consists of piston and slips, hydraulic system, return spring and immovable lug on cutter side. Hydraulic chamber body has pins entering the longitudinal guide recesses of tubular body. Hydraulic chamber body is communicated with hydraulic systems of upper and lower fixing units. EFFECT: increased depth perforation channels, higher operating reliability of device and its simplified manufacture. 4 dwg
