FIELD: gas, petrochemical and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to fluidics. Flowmeter- counter incorporates jet self-excited oscillator with feedback channels. Each channel has transmitters of pulsation of pressure connected to inputs of first differential amplifier. Supply channel of jet self-excited oscillator has third transmitter of pulsation of pressure connected to input of second differential amplifier which second input is linked to output of first differential amplifier and which output is connected to signal formation circuit. EFFECT: high noise immunity in region of small flow rates that leads to expansion of dynamic range and increased measurement accuracy, simplified circuit of conversion and extraction of legitimate signal which results in diminished cost of flowmeter-counter. 1 dwg
