FIELD: clinical immunology. SUBSTANCE: leukocytes isolated from patient's blood sample in quantity (1.0-2.0)*106 in 1 ml are incubated with antigen Trichophyton rubrum in dose 150-200 mcg at 37 C for 2 hr. Then leukocyte adhesion repression index is found. If this index is equal to or lower than -10%, elevated sensitivity for Trichophyton rubrum is diagnosed.
