FIELD: medicine, pediatric. SUBSTANCE: method involves investigation of luminol-dependent cellular chemoluminescence in the presence of difficultly soluble salt crystals. Possibility of development of bacterial complications before their clinical manifestations is prognosed if total light value is increased by 2-fold and more times. EFFECT: improved precision of method, accelerated analysis, decreased duration and cost of treatment, decreased lethality.
