FIELD: measurement of vibration of structures and facilities. SUBSTANCE: transducer incorporates liquid inertial mass contained in spaces and conduits made in body along three orthogonal axes. Each space is limited by thermally compensating elements made in the form of elastic membrane on one side and by piezoconverter manufactured in the form of piezoelement 7 anchored on membrane 6 insulated from body by dielectric gasket 8 on the other side. Each piezoconverter and heat compensator form air gap with body with hole to balance pressure. Spaces containing liquid inertial mass are intercoupled by conduits whose effective section is chosen from condition . EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability, expanded temperature and frequency range. 1 dwg
