FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this relates to measuring longitudinal oscillations spreading along drilling string during vertical seismic profiling at carrying out geophysical operations. Device has base which is rigidly connected with swivel, cylindrical body in which located are electric signal amplifier and at least three vibration sensors. Sensors are arrange over radius at angle to each other α = 360 deg./n (n = 3, 4, 5 ...), where n - number of sensors connected to each other in parallel and linked with base through vibration-damping spacers. Electric signal amplifier is made in the form of matching transformer, and its primary winding is connected to vibration sensors through low-frequency filter. Secondary winding of transformer is connected to recording unit through hermetic coupler. Inner surface of body and sensors are coated with sound-absorbing shells. Free space inside body is filled with sealing material. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
