SUBSTANCE: the infra-red observation instrument has a casing, objective lens, eye-piece, radiation detector made as an electro- optical transducer with a light filter at the input, infra-red source located on the casing of the objective lens and made in the form of light-emitting diodes, and a replaceable photoadapter. The instrument provides for visualization in the absence of natural infra-red lighting, documentation of examination results in the form photographs.
