SUBSTANCE: method involves reduction of both distorted over-transconductance and quantization noise when generating only one approximating voltage for any type of delta modulation. Delta modulator has arriving pulse polarity identifier, arithmetic-and-logic unit, clock generator, polarity-reversing digital-to-analog converter, integrator, low-frequency filter, and data reprocessing and re-coding unit.
